Immerse yourself in the healing practices of daily vinyasa, kundalini, meditation, fire ceremonies and wisdom talks on the sacred banks of the Ganga River in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of the yogic tradition. Enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals with an included opening night group dinner and daily breakfast. Included group activities include visits to sacred sites, a visit to Maharishi Mahesh (the famous Beatles Ashram), a guided hike through the Himalayan mountains, an Indian cooking class, as well as an opportunity to experience Holi-the festival of colors!
